Dizzojay's Dean Dreams

I had a birthday today, and as it fortunately fell on the Easter Bank holiday, Mr Dizzo and I were both off work, we decided to make a nice day of it.

We ended up going for a nice long walk in a beautiful part of the country called White Horse Hill.  The weather was kind to us, and it ended up being a beautiful, breezy day!

White Horse Hill is a place steeped in history and legend and I've loved it forever.  I'll post more about it later because I find it fascinating and I think you will too, but for now, here is Mr Dizzo and me, the gruesome twosome!



We finished up the day in a lovely pub called the White Horse (of course) in the nearby village of Uffington and had a delicious meal.



So yes, becoming another year older wasn't so bad after al! 

 Our lovely Jared is celebrating a big birthday today.  I still struggle to think of him as forty because he was about two and a half when Supernatural started filming but hey, our boy has matured beautifully!

Now Jared has moved on from Sam Winchester to become Walker, Texas Ranger, so here's a little collection of Jared in stetsons pictures, just because ...

 It's 2nd May, and I'm sure Jensen wouldn't be entirely opposed to me dedicating this post to Sam on the occasion of his birthday!

No Jensen time tonight, because it's all about Jared on his special day!



Wishing every happiness to our magnificent moose!

Here's a little artwork in celebration of that most ausicious of occasions - the birthday of our beautiful, playful, tragic and oh so special Dean Winchester.

So, the lovely Misha celebrated his 46th birthday yesterday; of course I would have loved to celebrate with him yesterday - he just happens to have a birthday on the one day of the year when I really do try to put Mr D first!!

But anyhoo, Misha is one of those characters that puts a little bit of extra sunshine in the world.  As well as being easy on the eye he's responsible for bringing everyone's favourite fallen angel to life, being a beloved friend to J2, being one of life's 'generous-spirited' people and, possibly best of all, being totally and utterly barkingly bonkers.

MIsha and his shenanigans have also been responsible for spawning a meme ... yes, Misha has his own meme; 'Meanwhile Misha...'

The 'Meanwhile Misha' meme arose from the fact that normal stuff happens in life, but meanwhile, in the background there's Misha usually creating havoc.

So, with all good wishes to Misha after his special day, herewith is a homage to our beloved basketcase...

Wishing the happiest of birthdays to Jared.
Thank you for bringing the more rational, more academic, calmer, gassier and taller half of the Winchesters to life!

I was wrapped up in working on my Spring Fic Exchange story yesterday, and so it was very remiss of me to miss the special day of our Mighty Moose!

And so, here is my wish for a happy birthday for everyone's favourite great big little brother!

I had what was quite possibly the oddest birthday I've ever celebrated in my 52 years yesterday!

Mr D and I both had the day off which was nice.  We knew  that we'd be spending most of the day in the house, so we took a litle walk up to the village centre in the morning to go to the post office (which was closed!!!!) and to top up our wine supply.  We also grabbed a latte from the Costa Express machine in the supermarket and found a secluded bench in the square and just sat together in the cool April sunshine for a few minutes drinking it before we then headed back home to resume my birthday lock-in.  Although we physically couldn't go anywhere, we went on a movie adventure to Middle Earth with Frodo, Samwise et al instead

I'll be doing a thank you post for all the fabulous fandom goodies that I received, both virtual and in real life, yesterday - I was thoroughly spoilt and felt very loved!

However, in the meantime, here's my gift from Mr D.
